Mr Mashhadi trained in The Republic of Ireland and the UK.  He completed his advanced plastic surgery training (CCT) from Pan-Thames Plastic Surgery Training Scheme from London Deanery.

He is fully accredited and is on the GMC specialist register in Plastic Surgery. Mr Mashhadi undertook specific training in Cosmetic Surgery as a Fellow in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery, at London Clinic, Harley Street and Blackrock Clinic in Dublin. 

Mr Mashhadi has attended and presented his research papers in numerous national and international meetings. He has contributed 36 publications in both national and international Journals. He has been a panel member for the selection of UK plastic surgery trainee and has been mentoring plastic surgery courses.

He specialises in skin cancer, hand surgery, aesthetic and breast surgery. He currently works at the Queen Elizabeth as consultant plastic surgeon. He is a visiting surgeon to different private hospitals and cosmetic surgery organisations. He operates in London at Welbeck Hospital, Weymouth Hospital, BMI Cavel and Harley Health Village.

His cosmetic repertoire includes breast augmentation, breast reduction, Mastopexy (breast lift), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), Otoplasty (prominent ear correction), body lift (after massive weight loss surgery), breast reconstruction after breast cancer, nipple reconstruction, excision of skin cancers, excision of lumps and bumps, non-surgical skin rejuvenation (dermal fillers, Botox and lasers), hand surgery, microvascular and reconstructive surgery.

Mr. Mashhadi has vast experience and has operated on over 15,000 patients in the UK, of which over 2000 patients needed cosmetic and aesthetic surgery.
